Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Cari is a South Carolina native who was born and raised in the upstate areas of Greenville and Spartanburg. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and later earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University.
Cari began her journey in ABA as a line therapist and quickly fell in love with the field. Changing lives and achieving meaningful outcomes is a passion that drives Cari to continue to desire to do more in her field on a daily basis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, Cari thoroughly enjoys working with learners of all ages and thrives in her ability to see the growth that follows the implementation of meaningful goals in order to help all learners succeed.
Supporting registered behavior technicians and watching the progress that her supervisees make daily is beyond rewarding for Cari. Prior to beginning her career in ABA, Cari worked and volunteered in a variety of settings, including as an assistant events coordinator for Family Connections in Columbia, South Carolina. She has also previously worked as an RBT and BCBA in daycares, clinics and private schools.
In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family and friends, going on a hike, relaxing at a local coffee shop or attending a local sporting event.
