Registered Behavior Technician
Jessica is currently a student at Liberty University where she is finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Crisis Counseling. Upon completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Jessica’s goal is to pursue a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
As a result of her experience gained as a program staff member at a therapeutic boarding school, Jessica has joined Carolina Therapeutics to start her ABA career. The growth she has witnessed from the implementation of behavior modification treatment plans in teenagers diagnosed with autism has made her passionate about pursuing a career in ABA. Jessica has also aided in the facilitation of therapeutic horsemanship and therapeutic riding and is passionate about the benefits of these therapy modalities. Her crisis counseling coursework and professional experience also allow her to operate through a trauma-informed lens as she interacts with clients.
Jessica’s desire is to make a meaningful impact on her client’s lives and to play an integral role in helping them achieve the quality of life they deserve. In her free time, Jessica enjoys playing with her dogs, horseback riding, exercising, and discovering new hobbies.
