Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Josh grew up in Wisconsin before moving to sunny Florida where he lived for 13 years prior to landing in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his time in Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Leo University. After that, he acquired a master of arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from the University of South Florida.
Josh has worked in the field of ABA therapy working with children diagnosed with autism for over 6 years holding positions as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) prior to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Josh is passionate about incorporating assent based and trauma-informed care into treatment while using evidence-based practices.
As a BCBA, Josh loves to work with parents and other caregivers in the development of meaningful goals and working with clients on socially significant outcomes. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing pickleball, going to sporting events, practicing, yoga, and reading!
