Regina Murnane
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist & Doctor of Physical Therapy
Regina earned both her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alvernia University in Reading, Pennsylvania.
She thereafter began her career in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, working in early intervention, with a focus on helping children aged birth to 3 years. She gained valuable experience working closely with families, while partnering with them to treat a wide variety of neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary conditions and diagnoses.
A desire to expand her physical therapy practice led her to Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, where she now treats patients aged 0-18 in a variety of settings including in homes, daycares, clinical environments, and school settings. Regina is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina and her passion for pediatrics stems from a love of supporting families with children with special needs. Regina believes that forming connections with the families for whom she works informs her clinical practice and perspective while creating a positive and effective therapeutic environment for everyone involved.
Regina is a native of Reading, Pennsylvania, and now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. She enjoys the warm weather and southern hospitality offered by the Carolinas, and in her free time she enjoys hiking, playing volleyball, spending time with her nephews, and listening to live music.
