Vanessa DeRado

Vanessa is originally from New Jersey but later moved to South Carolina where she graduated from Fort Mill High School and is currently pursuing her bachelors degree at USC Upstate.
After shadowing at Carolina Therapeutics and working as a therapy aid, Vanessa fell in love with ABA therapy. She has been surrounded by children her entire life, whether it was coaching soccer or being a camp counselor, and her passion for helping children with special needs is palpable.
Vanessa loves being able to teach children with Autism everyday skills to help them become as independent as possible. In her free time, Vanessa likes to spend time with her niece, watch movies, and most importantly cheer on the New York Rangers!
